Get vetted
We verify your ID and ownership or authority to let, and may inspect the apartment.

Sign the agreement
Review and sign the listing agreement online — 25% commission, no listing fees.
- Step 4
Accept bookings, get paid
Guests request dates and pay Found once you accept. You welcome them in, and Found sends your payout within 3 working days of check-in.
Simple, transparent pricing
No sign-up fee and no listing fee. Found's commission is 25% of the accommodation total of each stay booked through Found Apartments, agreed in writing before you go live. Guests pay Found, so you never have to chase a payment or settle a commission bill: Found keeps its share and sends you the rest.

The guest pays Found ₦258,000: the stay plus 7.5% VAT (₦18,000), which Found remits to the tax authority. Found holds the refundable caution fee and refunds the guest after check-out, less any documented damage. Your payout reaches your bank within 3 working days of check-in.
